Delivery

How quickly should I expect my order?

Due to higher than normal demand, we anticipate your order will be fulfilled within 3 - 5 business days. Once we have shipped your order you will get a confirmation email and should receive it within 20 business days standard mail or the timeline stated at checkout for expedited shipping. 

I can't find the tracking number for my order.

You will only receive a tracking number if you selected expedited shipping, otherwise your order will have been sent through standard mail.

I have not received a confirmation that my order has shipped.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to fulfill your order. As soon as we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email. If it has been more than 20 business days please contact us at support@myantppe.ca or through our Contact Us page.

My order has not been delivered yet.

Please allow for up to 20 business days for standard mail from the day your order was shipped for it to arrive. This is due to the higher demand for online deliveries during this time.

Does Myant PPE accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds?

Due to the sensitive nature of our PPE products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product(s) have arrived damaged or you believe the mask your ordered is defective please email us through the Contact Us page or at support@myantppe.ca within 60 calendar days from the ship date of your order.

Mask Information

What does the silver and copper in the masks do?

Our masks are knitted with silver and copper infused yarns. Silver is known for its antibacterial properties. Copper is known for its antiviral properties. 

Should I be concerned about the metal content in the masks?

Our masks are perfectly safe to use and wash. People with allergies to silver should avoid our masks that contain silver yarns. 

Are your masks N95 certified?

Our masks are not currently N95 certified. Myant is working hard to develop masks that can be N95 certified. Please sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know about future PPE developments. 

Which of your masks offer the most protection?

Our Endura line masks have silver and copper yarns which are known for their antibacterial and antiviral properties and provide the most facial coverage. The Midiclava provides a more enhanced coverage of the face and can be worn over top of existing N95 masks to offer more protection and extend their lifetime.

Should I wash my masks before using them?

We recommend that you wash the masks before using. 

How should I wash my masks?

Your masks can be washed in the washing machine with other clothes at 40 degrees celsius (104 fahrenheit), normal setting. Be sure to remove the filter if one is inserted before washing. 

To dry, lay the mask flat. Do not bleach, do not dry-clean, and do not iron or press.

When should I wash my masks?

How often you wash your mask depends on how frequently you use it. If you are a frontline worker or wear your mask all day in public you should wash it after every use. If you are using it once in a while to go to the grocery store, once a week should be fine or wash at your discretion. 

Wash your mask immediately if it becomes soiled or you come into contact with someone with symptoms. 

Mask sizing

How will I know that the mask will fit my face?

For the Endura Pro and Strata masks please refer to the size chart available on the product page. Our other masks are one size fits all and designed to fit the face of most users. If you are concerned about the masks being too small, we recommend purchasing the Endura Midi as it allows for the widest range of face sizes and shapes. 

    Will the masks fit children?

    We have youth sizes available for our Endura Pro and Strata masks. The youth mask should fit children 7 years and up however, we strongly recommend you measure the face and refer to the size chart to confirm the mask will fit.

    B2B Order Inquiries

    What is your minimum order quantity for B2B purchases?

    We require a minimum 300 unit purchase for B2B orders and pricing. If you are interested in submitting an order for your business please contact us at sales@myantppe.ca.
